ZhengHe may review, remove, restrict, or reject content that violates these Terms, applicable law, or Platform policies.
Submitting an application does not create an employment relationship with ZhengHe.
ZhengHe may require identity, real-name, business, or other verification steps to protect users and reduce fraud.
You agree to provide truthful verification information and cooperate with reasonable verification requests.
Failure to complete required verification may limit access to certain features.
Users may use ZhengHe messaging and notifications only for professional and employment-related communication.
Users must not send:
ZhengHe may provide tools to block, mute, restrict, or report users or conversations.
ZhengHe may provide AI-powered job and candidate recommendations.
These tools are designed to improve discovery and reduce manual screening work.
AI matching is only a support feature. It does not guarantee that a job seeker will get a job or that an employer will find the right candidate.
Users should review all recommendations carefully before making decisions.
You keep ownership of the content you submit to ZhengHe, subject to the rights of others.
By submitting content to the Platform, you give ZhengHe a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and use your content as needed to operate, improve, and provide the Platform.
You confirm that you have the rights needed to submit your content and that your content does not violate any law or third-party rights.
